There are enough roads in Transcarpathia. All of them pass through the Carpathian mountains passes<\/a>, and everyone has beautiful views. Choosing a gate to the Transcarpathian region is not easy, because each option has its advantages. But the best way to travel to Transcarpathia is through the Uzhotsky pass (height 883 meters).<\/p>\n

In addition to the picturesque scenery, the advantage of this option is that it is the shortest road to the capital of the Transcarpathian region Uzhgorod’s<\/a> (80 kilometers from the pass). There are in the Carpathians mountain<\/a> something extraordinary and beautiful. On the border of the Lviv and Transcarpathian regions, near the Uzhotsky pass, at the top of mount cheremukhi, a terrible pyramid was built. The flavors of the meadow peaceful. But the inscriptions on the stone pyramid building resemble something else. In Hungarian, German and Russian are carved words of memory to the fallen soldiers and officers of all armies who fought here during the First World war. During the period from 1914 to 1915, the front swept this area very often. Fifteen nearby villages were destroyed.<\/p>\n

In 2007, the stone pyramid was updated and the burial grounds were improved. This monument stands as a reminder of our fragility<\/p>\n
