Velyatino is one of the few villages in Ukraine where these animals, which weigh half a ton, are kept. Researchers believe that the first buffaloes could have got to Transcarpathia together with the troops of Batu Khan. The largest number of buffaloes in Velyatina was in Soviet times. Buffaloes are a wonderful pulling force. Their milk has a fat content of 4 to 12%. Buffalo milk contains many times more nutrients and useful substances than cow&#8217;s milk. With one Buffalo per day receive an average of 7 liters of milk. It is highly enriched in calcium. This drink is capable of <a href=\"https:\/\/go-to.rest\/blog\/selo-kelechin-ta-jogo-unikalna-mineralna-voda\/\">output radionuclides<\/a> and to treat ulcers, strengthen the immune system, cleanse the circulatory system, prevent degenerative disc disease. Sour cream from Buffalo milk is very thick, it can be stored for several months, and it will not even change the color and taste. Recently, in Transcarpathia, they have learned to make the world-famous Italian mozzarella cheese from Buffalo milk. In the warm season velyatinsky buffaloes are very fond of swimming in a puddle near the border Outpost. <a href=\"https:\/\/go-to.rest\/blog\/selo-novoselicja-i-zelenij-turizm\/\">Tourists<\/a> they
