Museum of Mining #199
A Roman Catholic church was preserved in the village of Turia Remeta in 1885. Nearby is a two-storey building of a former brewery. Now it is a kind of a museum of mining. On the ground floor there are three mill units of Austrian (1896), Czech and Soviet production. On the second floor, you can see the true marvel of engineering: a huge flour-grinding machine supported by fragile bamboo poles - only they could withstand the vibration of a working mill.
