St. Michael's Temple #186

The most famous historical landmark in the village of Negrovets is the wooden St. Michael's Church with a Boyko-style bell tower. This Greek Catholic temple was built at the end of the 18th century in the stream Stream, and the carved inscription above the entrance is preserved. According to another version, the temple was built in the village Yasenovets, which was destroyed by a huge landslide. According to legend, a whole mountain has moved. In any case, in 1818 the Church of St. Michael was rebuilt and rebuilt in the Transcarpathian Gothic style. From the temple erected in the eighteenth century, the walls and frame of the lower part of the tower have been preserved.
