In the center of the resort town of Yaremche in the Carpathians is the restaurant “Grazhda”. The facility is located in a picturesque place surrounded by mountains near the Probiy waterfall.
At the disposal of the guests is a closed living room, which is equipped with a spacious summer area with a grill in the center, as well as three halls with a capacity of thirty people each. The cozy interior is dominated by warm brown shades, and natural wood of light species is used as decoration.
The basis of the restaurant’s menu is traditional Hutsul cuisine. Guests are served cold and hot appetizers, salads, meat and fish appetizers, first courses, main dishes from pork, beef, chicken, fish, national dishes, side dishes, sauces, desserts and sweet pastries.
The main focus is on dishes cooked over an open fire – pork shish kebab, pork steak on the bone, homemade blood sausage.
