Confectionery Shtefanyo V&V is a team of like-minded people who have undertaken the mission to convey to everyone the true taste and love for the art of confectionery.
Valentyn Stefanio is a well-known Ukrainian confectioner, who in 2004 founded one of the most famous confectionery brands in Ukraine SHTEFANYO V&V. Master of chocolate and caramel sculptures, is the creator of the original Uzhhorod Cake, the author of original recipes for sweets. Valentin Stefano is the Laureate of the Mondial des sucres 2008 World Confectionery Championship, which was a huge breakthrough for Ukrainian confectionery in 2008. He is a mentor of DGF International Culinary School and is currently invited as an expert on the jury to the National Championship of Ukraine in Confectionery.
