“Uklynska Sadyba” is conveniently located in the village of Uklyn, 5 km from the village of Polyana and the nearest ski lift. The entrance is an asphalt road.

“Uklynska sadyba” is a two-storey cottage with 5 rooms (10-12 persons). There is a gazebo with barbecue, a wellness tub, a playground, table tennis, badminton, an outdoor swimming pool. Here you can cook your own food in the kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils. The owners live separately. You can bring pets with you.

Heating: autonomous water heating.

Water supply: cold and hot water constantly.

Layout of the manor:

1. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a seating area and a TV. There is a kitchen with a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, a set of necessary utensils, a sink and a dining table, a bathroom (bath, toilet, washbasin), as well as two double rooms (one has 2 single beds, a clothes hanger, chest of drawers, TV, the other has a sofa bed, wardrobe, TV).
2. On the second floor there are three double rooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe and TV. There is a bathroom on the floor (bath, toilet, washbasin).

The sanatorium ” Sonyachne Zakarpattya” is located 5 kilometres from the cottage, where they treat diseases of the stomach, liver, biliary tract, kidneys, and endocrine system.
