Three-storey cottage No. 1 is designed to accommodate 10 people. The cosy house is located on the territory of the Eden estate in the village of Lumshory.
On the ground floor there are:
- kitchen (electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, sink, crockery, dining table);
- double room (double bed, wardrobe, TV, extra bed – sofa bed);
- bathroom (bath, toilet, washbasin).
On the second floor (separate entrance from the courtyard) there is a family two-room suite (one room has a double bed, wardrobe, TV, balcony; the other has a double bed, wardrobe, extra bed – folding chair; bathroom – shower, toilet, washbasin).
On the third floor (separate entrance from the yard) there are:
- hall (table with chairs, refrigerator);
- 2 double rooms (each has a double bed, wardrobe, TV; one room has an extra bed – a folding bed);
- bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin).
Heating: autonomous water and electric convectors.
Water supply: cold water all the time, hot water – 100 litre boiler.
