The house has:
- Two bedrooms: one has a 160×200 cm bed, two bedside tables, a shelf, and the second bedroom has 2 beds (90×200 cm), a chest of drawers for clothes.
- Entrance room-studio: sofa bed, two armchairs, table, refrigerator, double boiler, electric kettle, wardrobe, dryer, kitchenette with everything you need (pots, pans, kitchen utensils).
- Bathroom: shower, washbasin, toilet.
A 100-litre water heater is installed to supply hot water.
