On the second floor there are:

- 4 double rooms (each with a king-size bed, chest of drawers, TV), one room has an extra bed (single bed);
- 2 bathrooms (shower, toilet, washbasin).
Prices per house per day*:
- spring, autumn – 12000-14000 UAH;
- summer, winter – 15000-18000 UAH.
*The price depends on the season, day of the week, and the number of rental days.
