“Hunting estate” – a small private green tourism complex, located in the resort village of Lumshory Perechyn district in Transcarpathia. There are three houses with five rooms, a “Russian” bath, and an outdoor swimming pool. Near the restaurant “Kolyba”, a room for bathing in tubs, a pond.

The feature of this resort is bathing in large cast iron vats, under which a fire is lit. After taking a bath, in hot water infused with medicinal herbs, tourists cool off by immersing themselves in the crystal clear water of a mountain river.

The recreation program includes: hiking trips to Lake Komsomol, which is located at the foot of Mount Polonyna Runa; to the Nightingale and Partizan waterfalls; harvesting wild berries and mushrooms; Excursion to the mountain village of Likitsary, where there is a wooden church of the 18th century. In the pond you can fish for mountain trout.

The Kolyba restaurant offers original, regional cuisine. Fried trout, baked potatoes with lard, mushroom dishes, banosh, bograch, teas from medicinal herbs and berries. All this is prepared from products grown by local farmers. And mushrooms, berries, herbs are collected at the foot and on the mountain Polonyna Runa, whose height is 1472 meters above sea level.

Rest in the “Hunting Estate” is healthy, because the preparation of water for bathing in vats is selected individually – depending on the age of visitors and the characteristics of their body. Such procedures have a positive effect on the cardiovascular system, treat arthritis, rheumatic diseases, have a positive effect on the psychological state. In the “Russian” bath you can breathe vapors of a solution of sea salt, pine needles, infusions of medicinal plants.
