The key to the establishment’s success lies in preparing food from the freshest products. Water for culinary masterpieces is used from a spring that originates at the top of Mount Gemba.
The emphasis is on meat dishes, mostly pork. Transcarpathian cuisine is also famous for homemade cheeses, especially cheese.
