Arrival (registration)

Reception opening hours are from 09:00 until 20:00.
Check-in is from 15:00 until 20:00.
After 20:00 check-in is carried out by the Security Service.

Before check-in, you must undergo a general medical examination and body temperature screening.

Upon check-in, you must provide proof of identity.
The hotel reserves the right to evict or refuse entry to persons with a temperature above 37.2 or with signs of acute respiratory disease (ARI).
Early check-in (from 09:00 to 15:00) is subject to a surcharge of UAH 1,000 per room, subject to availability.
Tourist tax is not included in the room rate, it is charged at check-out. Payment of tourist tax for 1 person – 30.00 UAH / day of stay.

Departure

Departure before 12:00.
Late check-out (from 12:00 until 18:00) is subject to a surcharge of UAH 1,000 per room, provided the room is not booked for the current day by a new guest.
Until 09:00 the departure is carried out by the Security service.

Residence

On the territory of the hotel all payments are made exclusively in cashless form using a bracelet. Cash on the territory of the complex has no circulation.
Wearing a bracelet on site is mandatory. The bracelet is a means of identifying the guest. With the help of a bracelet you can enter the hotel and water park, pay for services.
In case of loss of the bracelet, a new one is issued at the hotel reception free of charge (at the first loss). Repeated loss – UAH 100.
Only hotel guests have the right to stay in the hotel.
Silence from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 23:00 to 06:00.
The hotel is closed from 24:00 until 06:00.

Not allowed:

In-room food storage (except fruit).
Stay with animals.
Carry weapons to the territory.
Smoking in the rooms.
Visiting other people not staying at the hotel.
