Private manor “Sunny house” in the village Pylypets – is a two-storey house with 6 rooms (12 beds). There is a gazebo, barbecue and trampoline on the territory.

On the ground floor of the manor:

• kitchen-dining room (electric stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, crockery, sink, dining table, fireplace, TV);
• 2 double rooms (each has a double bed, wardrobe or clothes hanger, TV, one has a balcony and an extra bed);
• bathroom (bath, toilet, washbasin).

On the second floor of a private house:

• 4 double rooms (each with one double or 2 single beds, a clothes hanger, a balcony, a TV; two rooms have a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, a washbasin);
• bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin).

Heating: autonomous water heating.

Water supply: cold and hot water constantly.

Services not included in the price:

1. Wellness vat for 8 people – 1400 UAH for 2 hours.
2. Firewood for the grill 80 UAH.
3. Transport services (transfer) from and to the railway station.
