The water from this spring is slightly mineralised, slightly acidic, calcium bicarbonate with a characteristic hydrogen sulphide odour and a mineralisation level of 0.308 g/litre. The composition of the mineral water from source No. 3 includes copper, zinc, iodine, bromine, fluorine, cobalt, silver, and manganese. In addition, it is enriched with organic substances, which are the main healing factors in the water from source No. 1. It belongs to the “Naftusia” mineral water type.
Mineral water from source No. 3 has a diuretic and anti-inflammatory effect, restores normal kidney function, helps treat chronic urolithiasis and biliary system diseases, prevents the formation and growth of stones, improves blood circulation, normalises urination, improves diabetes treatment thanks to zinc, and removes radionuclides from the body. Source No. 3 is located at the entrance to Skhidnytsia village from Boryslav, in the forest behind the market in a picturesque ravine. It can be reached by a well-equipped path with benches and places to rest. Another path to the spring goes straight ahead through the pine forest from spring No. 1.
