5:00 – The group departs from Mukachevo by bus and crosses the border.

10:00 – Approximate arrival of tourists in the central part of Košice.

The main architectural highlight of Košice is the cozy cobblestone “Main Street” with a picturesque stream, numerous architectural monuments, and charming green areas. Our tour is centered around this street. During the walk, we will visit the majestic St. Elisabeth Cathedral – the largest cathedral in Slovakia and Eastern Europe, St. Michael’s Chapel, the Gothic Bell Tower of St. Urban, the famous Opera House, the Jesuit Monastery with the University Church, the City Hall, and the unique Musical Fountain!

12:00 to 18:30 – Free time for shopping in a shopping center. During your free time, you may also visit the DinoPark and Zoo, which are open to visitors from April to October.

Košice DinoPark is a wonderful destination for school or children’s excursions. You can see paleontological models set in Mesozoic-style landscapes, visit the “Journey Through Earth’s Past” pavilion, watch a free 3D dinosaur movie, and learn lots of interesting information about various dinosaur species, the evolution of life on Earth, continental drift, and more. To satisfy your hunger, you can visit the local Dino-Café and Dino-Grill.

Visiting the Košice Zoo is equally interesting and exciting. Its size is impressive – it is among the three largest zoos in Europe. The Košice Zoo is a great place for families with children, offering rest, relaxation, and new knowledge.

For thrill-seekers, Košice offers the “Bobovka” bobsled ride. This entertainment complex features a stainless-steel track on which you can descend from the hill using sleds with a manual brake.
