Gerashaska (another name is Dogyaska, Orati) is a high-altitude lake in the Ukrainian Carpathians, within the Rakhiv District of Transcarpathian Oblast. The lake lies at the bottom of the ice sheet, on the northeastern slope of Mount Dogyaska (1,761 m), in the Svidovets massif, at an altitude of 1,577 m above sea level.
Length — 125 m, width — 110 m, area — 1.2 ha, depth — up to 1.2 m. The hollow has the shape of an irregular rectangle. The northern banks are overgrown with sedge. It feeds mainly on snow waters. The water temperature in summer is low (in June +10 °C, +11 °C). There are few algae, microscopic crustaceans are the most common among the fauna.
