Vylok
In the Berehiv District of the Transcarpathian Region, at a distance of 14 kilometers to the south of the village of Shalanka, there is an urban-type border village of Vylok. The first written mention of it dates back to 1200. The population of the village is more than three thousand people.
Church of the Holy Spirit (Kotelnytsia)
There is an interesting wooden church – the Church of the Holy Spirit – in the village of Kotelnytsia, Mukachevo District, Zakarpattia Oblast, which is adjacent to the village of Tyshov. The time of its construction (end of the 19th – beginning of the 20th centuries) and the similarity with the churches in Yalovy, Zadilsk, and especially in Tyshiv indicate that the same craftsmen built this church.
Church of St Nicholas the Wonderworker (Bilasovytsia)
The church in the village of Bilasovytsia was most likely built by the same craftsmen as the church in the neighbouring village of Kotelnytsia. However, since no church community agreed to a direct replication of an existing church, the craftsmen had to show miracles of ingenuity in order not to repeat themselves.
