And do not think to give up the soup “a la Yokai”, which became very popular in Hungary after it fell in love with the famous Hungarian writer and politician Mor Yokai. The famous Hungarian novelist was known not only in literature and politics, he was well versed in cooking, though more as a taster. You will be convinced of this by “condemning” the bread plate of this miracle soup! For dessert, we strongly recommend Gundel’s famous pancakes: delicious, you’ll lick your fingers!

Very skilled cooks and Czechs. Why? It is known from history that Celtic tribes lived in what is now the Czech Republic. Legend has it that they had an excellent appetite and a very good taste. And, of course, it is no coincidence that today’s Czechs, as well as their distant ancestors – the ancient Celts, are not indifferent to delicious food and today have brought the national cuisine to such perfection that their dishes in Prague were composed of poems. We invite you to taste Czech cuisine in the restaurant, where meat and other very tasty dishes are prepared according to centuries-old recipes. For example, instead of modern ketchup made of starch, dyes and chemicals, grilled eggplants, peppers and tomatoes will be served with meat, beautifully decorated and generously complemented with greens, lemon, olives and onions.
