Itinerary

Uzhgorod

Uzhgorod is an exceptionally attractive intertwining of different European cultures. The brightest flavours and tastes, national traditions and religious denominations coexist here. Here you can discover the unique charm of ancient architecture and touching mini-monuments. Then, thanks to the diversity of culture and the proximity of other countries, you can visit cosy cafes and restaurants before setting off on a trip, where you can enjoy delicious dishes and aromatic coffee.

Khust

The Narcissus Valley is located 4 kilometres from Khust, in the Kireshi tract. At least once in your life, you should come here to admire the charming delicate white flowers of the narrow-leaved daffodil brought here by an ancient glacier. We are used to seeing these flowers in single flowerbeds, but nature has given us the opportunity to contemplate continuous blooming daffodil fields. But besides its aesthetic value, the Narcissus Valley Reserve is a unique botanical site where the largest area of relict narrow-leaved daffodil growth in Europe is protected.

Iza

A unique place is located between the villages of Iza and Lipcha - a 57-hectare spotted deer farm. Spotted deer are one of the most beautiful animals on the planet, and it is not for nothing that they are called "flower deer" in China. The deer are so used to people that they eat from hands and willingly take pictures with tourists. Standing near the corral with the animals, you will have the opportunity to feed them, you will be surprised by their tenderness.

The next stop is in the village of Iza, where craftsmen, having honed their art for centuries, have achieved great skill, glorifying their village far beyond the region. Perhaps there is no object in the world that the Iza craftsmen could not make a copy of from wicker. Right in the village courtyards there are many shops selling the works of local craftsmen. You can buy these wonders of folk talent as a souvenir of your tour of Transcarpathia.

Baranovo

In the village of Baranovo, you will visit a craft cheese factory producing organic cheeses and take part in a tasting.

Velyatyno

The village of Velyatyno has thermal springs that are known throughout the country. The boron and boron-chloride mineral water from the springs has a high percentage of mineralisation and is saturated with iodine, which gives it unique healing properties. Passing through geological faults heated by the earth's magma, the water temperature reaches from +30 to +38 degrees, giving a comfortable bathing experience. The time spent in the pools is no more than 2 hours. The pools are adapted for year-round treatments and swimming.

Velyka Kopanya

In the village of Velyka Kopanya, at the Chorgo spring, we will make a stop for a rest and taste the spring water. The spring water is considered the cleanest in Ukraine and contains a high percentage of silver. The spring has another interesting feature, as the locals associate this water with the main reason for the mass birth of twins in the village. Thanks to the phenomenon of twin births, Velyka Kopanya entered the Ukrainian Guinness Book of Records. According to local beliefs, everyone who has problems with childbearing is believed to become happy parents after trying the water from the spring. Whether this is true or not, the water in the spring is really delicious.

Uzhgorod

After the trip, it is best to breathe in the aroma of linden and sakura trees, relax on the Uzhgorod embankment, and take a walk towards the UzhNU forest. Having celebrated its millennium, Ungvar gives everyone a sense of uniqueness. Therefore, when a traveller visits the city, he or she gives his or her soul to it forever. And the memories of a unique tour will remain in your memory for a lifetime.
