In the village of Turya Remeta, Uzhgorod district, Zakarpattia region, a Roman Catholic church from 1885 has been preserved. Nearby is a two-story building of a former brewery. Now it is a kind of millinery museum. On the first floor there are three milling units of Austrian (1896), Czech and Soviet production. On the second floor, you can see a real miracle of engineering thought: a huge machine that grinds flour, which will be supported by fragile-looking bamboo poles – only they could withstand the vibration of a working mill.
