Detailed description of the eco-farm (manor) Dyvosvit in Kosiv
For a long period of her life (12 years), Lyubov Sandulyak lived in distant Portugal. All these years, she has been striving to return to Ukraine. When she returned, she decided to start breeding goats and making cheese from their milk. Initially, Liubov was making traditional Hutsul budzu. Later, she came up with a recipe for Italian semi-hard cheese called Cachota, and now it is the Sanduliak’s main speciality. In addition, more than 500 raspberry bushes have been planted on the eco-farm. This makes it possible to produce delicious natural yoghurts, which are loved by both children and adults.
In addition to excursions around the farm and delicious tastings, Liubov Sanduliak organises extremely interesting workshops with stories and demonstrations of the main stages of cheese making. They are held in a special room that can accommodate up to 20 people at a time.
In addition to cheese, Liubov Sanduliak creates motanka dolls, which are used as souvenirs, decorations, gifts and amulets. Liubov is happy to share the secrets of this ancient art.
