Private museum “Sriberna Zemlya”
The amount of antiquities on display in three small rooms would probably be enough for ten halls. Some of the exhibits are so valuable that they would be an adornment of republican-level museums. Such antiquities include a 16th-century manuscript Bible and dozens of books of sacred literature from the 18th century, an ancient church chalice, an icon by a Transcarpathian master, rare banknotes and postage stamps. In addition, the owners of the private museum “Sriberna Zemlya” managed to collect hundreds of samples of traditional folk clothes, hundreds of traditional towels, various weaving accessories, traditional ceramic tableware, Roman coins, etc. All five thousand exhibits of the private museum “Sriberna Zemlya” are divided into 12 parts according to their subject matter.

Detailed description of the private museum “Sriberna Zemlya”
The museum has a collection of paintings by the Transcarpathian artist Vasyl Tehza (1951-2006). Vasyl Tehza is the founder of the Sriberna Zemlya museum. Today, Vasyl Tehza work on the development of the museum is continued by his wife Liudmyla Tehza. She devotes all her time and energy to this difficult task. The museum is often visited by tourists heading to Mount Hoverla.
Unlike many other museums in Transcarpathia, here you can touch the exhibits and even try on folk costumes.
The museum is located at 2 Prykordonna Street, Hrushevo village, Tyachiv district. Excursions to the museum should be arranged in advance by calling 0313453336.
