Quantity antiquities’ which are displayed in three small rooms, would be sufficient, perhaps, for ten halls. Some of the exhibits are so valuable that it would be a decoration museums’ republican level. Such antiquities include a handwritten Bible of the XVI century and dozens of books of sacred literature of the XVIII century, an old Church Cup, an icon of the authorship of the Transcarpathian master, rare banknotes and postage stamps. In addition, in the private Museum “Sriberna land”owners managed to collect hundreds of samples of traditional folk costumes, hundreds of traditional towels, various weaving accessories, items of traditional ceramic tableware, Roman coins, etc. All five thousand exhibits of the private Museum “Sriberna earth” are divided into 12 parts.
The Museum has a collection of paintings Transcarpathian artist Vasily Tegza (1951-2006). It is Basil of Tegsa is the founder of the Museum of the “Silver land”. Now Vasily Tegza’s work on the development of the Museum is continued by his wife Lyudmila Tegza. She devotes all her time and energy to this difficult task. The Museum is often visited by tourists who go to the mountain Hoverla.
Unlike many other museums in Transcarpathia, it is allowed to touch the exhibits and even try on folk costume.
