The luxurious wooden temple “Introduction to the Temple of the Most Holy Theotokos” of the end of the 20th century, built on the site of a lost ancient religious building. It must be visited by tourists – lovers of active recreation at the Bukovel ski resort, as well as connoisseurs of a quieter leisure time, for example, after a bath in the Bukovel vats.

There are many wooden churches in Transcarpathia. Unfortunately, some of them disappear in fires. This is what happened with the church in Polyanytsia, built in 1912. The new church was rebuilt in 1990.
