The village of Polyanytsia (until 2008 – Palyanytsia) is located in the Nadvirnyan district of the Ivano-Frankivsk region at an altitude of more than 900 meters above sea level. The year of its foundation was 1654. Initially, the main occupations of local residents were agriculture, beekeeping and cattle breeding. The modern village is known for the fact that the famous ski resort Bukovel is located a kilometer away. Even if there is little snow in the forecast, it will appear on the slopes thanks to snow cannons.
In winter you can go skiing, and in summer you can relax on the beach of the artificial Lake Molodosti. Rest in Polyanytsia is not limited to this.
