Bukovets is a small village in Zakarpattia region, surrounded by ancient beech forests. Height above sea level – 800 meters. The settlement is located nearby Verkhovyna. It was founded in 1974, the population is less than 500 people.
Those who prefer to relax in nature come here. Nearby is the Bukovetsky Pass, which is covered by coniferous forests. On the way you can admire beautiful meadows. Even a beginner can handle the climb, because the slopes are gentle. From the top there are wonderful views of the surroundings. If you wish, you can rent a house in the mountains, pick berries and mushrooms in summer and autumn.
