An grandfather oak tree grows on a hill near the church in the village of Stuzhytsia, Velykyi Bereznyi district (Transcarpathia). The “Grandfather Oak” is up to 1200 years old. The girth of the old tree is 9.1 metres and its height is over 30 metres. There are hollows in the tree and it needs treatment. This Transcarpathian natural monument has a protection sign and a fence. Not far from it, the Champion Oak also hides tourists under its majestic crown who come here in search of little-known attractions.
