There are enough roads in Transcarpathia. All of them pass through the Carpathian passes, and each of them offers wonderful views. But the best way to travel to Transcarpathia is through the Uzhotskyi pass (altitude 883 meters).
In addition to picturesque landscapes, the advantage of this option is that it is the shortest way to the capital of the Zakarpattia region – the city of Uzhgorod ( 80 kilometers from the pass).
