Now the exposition with an area of more than a thousand square meters consists of 2 departments, which include the most interesting objects and detailed information about the unique nature and features of nature management of the region.
Its first part tells about the peculiarities of local mountains, and also gives visitors the results of research in the sciences of geology and geomorphology. Great attention is also paid to landscapes, flora and fauna of the region.
The second examines in detail the topics of life and culture of the inhabitants of the Carpathians, starting with the events of ancient times and ending with the present day. Data on the development prospects of the region are presented here, as well as its historical and ethnographic features are reproduced.
The main task of the museum and its science and information department is to collect, process and distribute the most important environmental information. To do this, employees hold promotions and events, as well as invite everyone to lectures and seminars.
